Listing Monster AI is a fast growing software startup transforming the online resale industry. We are building the operating system for resellers — a single platform to source, list, automate, and manage resale operations across multiple marketplaces.

Since launching in 2023, we have grown rapidly and now partner with hundreds of resellers, from large charities to side hustlers. This year alone, we are on track to list over 2 million items.

Resale is uniquely complex. Every item is different, workflows are manual, and profitability is constrained by time, space, and expertise. We remove these bottlenecks with an AI-first approach, enabling resellers to operate efficiently and scale profitably.

To support our next phase of growth, we are building a scalable marketing engine to drive inbound demand and support international expansion.

This marketing function will:

  • Build awareness of Listing Monster as the most trusted voice and global authority in online resale
  • Scale an inbound marketing engine with educational content and community at its core
  • Create engaging content through our in-house reseller operation — where we document and share the building of a real resale business from scratch, including real workflows, real results, wins and mistakes
  • Use SEO, affiliates, and paid channels as amplifiers
  • Support product-led growth through clear positioning and messaging across our website and channels

Role Overview

You will take ownership of Listing Monster AI’s marketing engine and be accountable for executing, operating, and scaling it day to day.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role focused on building a repeatable inbound growth system across content, community, website/SEO, socials and paid amplification — ensuring all channels work together as a single, coherent funnel that drives qualified demand, faster activation, and long-term retention.

The role is a mix of doing and collaborating. You will need to get hands-on yourself as well as coordinate with the in-house reseller and content creator, founders, growth team and freelancers to keep everything moving to plan. You will be the connective tissue of the marketing engine, with clear ownership of inputs, outputs, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution of the marketing engine across content, community, SEO, organic, and paid channels
  • Translate the marketing strategy into clear weekly and monthly execution plans
  • Coordinate all inputs into the marketing engine (in-house reseller and content creator, content editors, founders, freelancers), ensuring work happens on time and to planManage the core content engine: (a) ensure the in-house reseller produces frequent, engaging educational content for our reseller audience; (b) ensure distribution through the right channels; (c) drive audiences into community and then trial
  • Help us build the #1 reseller community globally, and use it to fuel education, conversion, pre-onboarding, and customer success
  • Own website, SEO and lead magnets to capture demand and drive
  • Run targeted paid experiments to amplify proven organic content and lead magnets
  • Monitor funnel performance with a focus on reach, activation, time-to-value, and retention
  • Run experiments, analyse results, and feed learnings back to continuously improve performance
  • Systemise marketing processes so output and impact scale as the company grows
  • Strong operator mindset with a bias toward execution and ownership
  • Comfortable doing the work, not just directing it
  • Process-driven, organised, and able to run multiple workstreams
  • Analytical and data-driven, with an instinct for testing and iteration
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with product, founders, and marketing inputs
  • Pragmatic, resourceful, and able to make progress without large teams or budgets
  • Motivated by building and scaling systems rather than one-off campaigns

Qualifications Required

  • Previous experience in a marketing role is required with a track record of ownership
  • Experience in startups, SaaS or ecommerce is an advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Right to work in the UK
