PT Reading Paraprofessional

Support students by providing instructional and reading assistance under the direction of a certified teacher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one of the following:
  • Minimum of 2 years of college credits (60), or
  • Associate’s degree, or
  • Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment*
• Successful experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using technology

Position Details

• 4 hours/day, 10-month position with benefits
• Salary in accordance with the paraeducator collective bargaining agreement
