We’re looking for a confident, energetic and Content Creator to host TikTok Lives and take our social media to the next level. This role combines hands‑on live streaming with strategic social media management – perfect for someone who loves being on camera and shaping digital content that drives real results.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. TikTok Live Hosting
- Host daily TikTok Live sessions (3–4 hours per day) showcasing our products and driving sales.
- Engage the audience, answer questions and moderate comments in real time.
- Track live performance and provide feedback to optimise future streams.
- Collaborate with other hosts or team members during larger live events.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to execute live streams during peak engagement windows; this requires the ability to work evenings and weekends to capture high‑traffic periods.
2. Social Media Management
- Oversee and maintain all social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more.
- Plan, create and post short‑form content (videos, captions, graphics) that’s on‑brand and on‑trend.
- Monitor channel performance and provide recommendations to grow reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithms and competitor activity.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist with website updates, product promotions, banners, and campaign content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media and website content align with business goals.
- Support wider marketing projects and copywriting as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Confident and engaging on camera – hosting lives is second nature to you.
- Creative, proactive and customer-focused.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
- E-commerce or sales experience is a bonus.
- Previous TikTok Live hosting or moderation is a plus.
