About ZAVA

We believe healthcare should be accessible, dependable and affordable for everyone. Now part of Hims & Hers Health, Inc., one of the fastest growing digital health companies in the world, we’re entering an exciting new chapter as we expand our reach and accelerate our impact.

Our team of Doctors, Engineers, Patient Care Advisors, Pharmacists, Marketers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Commercial, and Operations Specialists work together to build digital healthcare that truly fits around our patients’ lives.

The pandemic changed how people access care, and we’ve led the way by providing over 14 million consultations across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Ireland. More patients than ever turn to us for help with weight loss and other conditions that can be safely treated online. We’re evolving our service to make care even more personal, supportive and effective.

We’re doing more than providing healthcare. We’re empowering people to take control of their health, and with the support of Hims & Hers, we’re scaling our vision to become a global leader in digital healthcare.

Your place of work is our London HQ. We currently operate as a remote‑first company, though you may occasionally be required to work from the office.

About the role

In a mid‑level marketing role supporting growth across multiple channels, you will work closely with the marketing team to analyse performance data, help produce reports and insights, and support decisions that improve top‑line revenue, patient growth, and contribution margins, as well as campaign effectiveness.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone coming from a data‑focused marketing, performance marketing, or analytics background who wants to broaden into growth‑focused marketing. While the role carries responsibility and requires cross‑functional collaboration, it does not include line management, making it a great opportunity to take ownership of projects and outcomes in a supportive team environment.

What you’ll own

The role involves coordinating projects across channels, keeping multiple teams aligned, and helping to deliver initiatives on time and to plan. You will also support smaller growth projects such as testing new acquisition channels, optimising conversion, or improving patient engagement.

A key part of this role is supporting the team to meet growth targets, identifying opportunities from data, and ensuring initiatives are executed to help achieve those goals.

Key Areas

  • Data analysis and insight generation to identify opportunities and deliver projects that drive growth.
  • Cross‑channel coordination and project management to take initiatives from brief through delivery, testing, and optimisation.
  • Supporting weekly reporting, planning, and team alignment to help ensure marketing/commercial OKRs are met.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support marketing/commercial initiatives and performance improvement.
  • Developing a strong understanding of data analysis and insight generation to identify opportunities and deliver projects that inform better decision‑making.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong analytical skills with data to spot trends, generate insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing projects from start to finish, including writing briefs, tickets and overseeing all stages of projects.
  • Proactivity and creative thinking are crucial. Generate ideas to optimise and drive growth as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate end‑to‑end cross‑functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders across SEO, PPC, CRM, commercial, product, and analytics teams.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders using data‑driven insights to support commercial and marketing decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, keeping teams aligned on timelines, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Experience with Lightdash, Looker, or other analytics tools is a plus and experience using Jira for project management is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Google Workspace: Slides, Drive, and Sheets.
  • Ability to create and present data‑driven presentations and regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have, but not at all essential

  • Experience in the healthtech or direct‑to‑consumer sector.

Our Values

  • Humble: You listen and take on feedback. You are kind and caring to those around you.
  • Inquisitive: You question the status quo, dare to do things differently and explore the possibilities.
  • Resilient: You embrace change and face challenges.
  • Macher: You are innovative and rise above the rest to use your initiative to improve, develop and deliver.
  • Collaborative: You actively share ideas and work together to drive goals as a team.

Benefits from the day you join

  • 33 days per annum pro‑rata (inclusive of public and bank holidays) + birthday off
