About the role

Researcher at any level | Sports, Media, Gaming and Corporate Affairs Practice | Secondment or Permenant Opportunity | London

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Researcher to join our high‑performing Sports Practice.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of Odgers’ largest and most successful teams, supporting Partners and Consultants as you identify and engage senior‑level talent across the Global Sports, Gaming, Media & Corporate Affairs sectors. An opportunity to be part of the leading sports executive search partner for many high-profile sporting organisations and bodies including The FA, The RFU, LIV Golf, Women’s Super League, Red Bull Racing, and the England & Wales Cricket Board.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Enjoys research, problem‑solving and working at pace
  • Can build credible relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Is curious about the sports sector and eager to learn
