Specialist, Digital Marketing – Limited Term Contract – 12 months

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM campaign execution. In this role, you’ll support UK and international markets by building high‑performing email journeys, managing lead capture processes, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across all campaigns.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and execute email campaigns to drive lead generation and support market growth.
  • Build automated customer journeys, email templates, and lead capture forms (Form Assembly).
  • Set up CRM campaigns and UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.
  • Maintain quality across email delivery—branding, accessibility, content best practice, and customer journeys.
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and automation.
  • Deliver training on email platforms and promote best‑practice use of segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards, maintaining clean, accurate email data.
  • Collaborate with UK and International marketing teams to meet KPI goals and provide regular reporting.

About You

  • Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Strong expertise in Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Form Assembly, and UTM set‑up.
  • Skilled in building automation journeys, email templates, and A/B tests.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to support marketing, sales, and tech teams.
  • Creativity, problem‑solving ability, and a passion for digital innovation.
