Graphic Designer – Scotland

Reform UK is hiring a Graphic Designer to drive the visual identity of our party across Scotland. You will create bold, high-impact creative that strengthens our party, sharpens our messaging, and fuels political momentum for Britain’s fastest-growing political force.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling graphics for social media, digital advertising, print, events, and campaign materials.
• Develop branded templates to ensure consistency across all Scottish outputs.
• Produce rapid-turnaround creative in response to political developments and media moments.
• Create motion graphics assets to support digital growth.
• Work closely with the social media and campaign teams to translate political messaging into powerful viral visual content.

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience, ideally in political, campaign, advocacy, or fast-paced commercial environments.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Awareness of the Scottish political landscape and media environment.
• A strong commitment to the values and mission of Reform UK.

This is a high-output, high-impact role at the centre of Reform UK Scotland’s electoral expansion.
