About the Team
The IT Programme Office is a key component of the IT function. We are now looking to hire an IT Commercial Analyst on a permanent basis.
About Your Role
The IT Commercial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the management of suppliers and costs within IT. You will be responsible for analysing commercial data, supporting procurement activities, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring cost efficiency in alignment with the organisation’s Supplier and Cost Management Operating Model. Working with IT, Procurement, Finance, and supplier stakeholders, you will ensure robust commercial practices and value realisation across IT spend. A basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
About You
The successful candidate will have analytical skills and a track record of analysing large volumes of data. Experience with Excel and presenting to senior stakeholders is essential.
- Experience interpreting large volumes of data.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualisation tools.
- A track record of presenting commercial reports to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management Frameworks such as ITIL is desired.
- Experience working with or implementing Supplier and Cost Management Operating Models is preferred.
