Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our team in London, responsible for managing a portfolio of Real Estate, corporate services clients. You will deliver high-quality accounting and administration services while acting as a trusted relationship manager, working closely with the Senior Client Manager and wider corporate services teams. You will ensure excellent client service, strong governance, and timely delivery, while supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement across the team.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll service an allocated portfolio of key clients within the real‑estate sector; providing ongoing accounting services, basic company secretarial duties, bank account administration, audit assistance, VAT preparation and filing assistance, and payroll review for the allocated clients.
  • You will ensure the provision of an excellent, high‑quality and timely accounting and administration service to clients, in adherence with Corporate Governance standards.
  • You will proactively support the Senior Client Manager in enhancing client service, improving processes, and strengthening team performance.
  • You will maintain strong technical knowledge, ensuring all key financial reporting updates are accurately applied to client deliverables.
  • You will build effective working relationships across UK and international teams, providing regular client overview reporting and escalating significant issues with proposed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Client Services background required – must have supported a number of clients and have experience with managing multiple client deliverables and deadlines.
  • Excellent book‑keeping and management accounts preparation.
  • Real Estate accounting experience required.
  • Excellent financial statement preparation experience; able to prepare a full set of financials from scratch under both UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Working knowledge of the Companies Act as it relates to required disclosures in financial statements.
