I am recruiting an exciting new opportunity for an Internal Audit professional with a passion for transformation and change within insurance or wider financial services. This role suits someone inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable challenging constructively in complex environments.
You’ll work within an Internal Audit team focused on transformation, customer, and sustainability initiatives, providing assurance over major change programmes. The role involves planning and delivering audits, assessing risks and controls, and influencing stakeholders to drive meaningful improvement.
Key requirements
- Experience auditing large-scale transformation or change programmes
- Strong understanding of programme and project life cycles, including agile delivery
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Collaborative approach and confidence working in agile teams
- Financial services or insurance background preferred
