You’ll use your Qualified status, your judgement and your understanding of the profession to influence how future Accountants are trained – without doing traditional accounting work.
This is a people‑centred, investigative and autonomy‑driven role where your credibility as a Qualified Accountant really matters.
What you’ll be doing
- Meeting employers and training principals across business, practice, and the public sector.
- Assessing whether organisations provide the right environment to train students.
- Reviewing how well they support trainees and whether they meet required standards.
- Asking good questions, challenging assumptions and using evidence to reach fair conclusions.
- Managing your own schedule, working independently and travelling across your region.
