The Role

  • Process and verify financial transactions
  • Liaise with solicitors in connection with property sales, providing documentation and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with mortgage companies
  • Negotiate and arrange payment plans
  • Prepare and maintain case files
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence from customers, solicitors, and mortgage companies courteously and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
  • Take and process payments accurately via telephone or internal payment systems
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all data entry, filing, and storage
  • Take ownership of daily tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role and level of responsibility

Skills and Experience

  • High standard of letter writing ability and good organisational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Good level of understanding on how to deal effectively with complaints
  • Able to prioritise your own workload
  • Good attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good knowledge of Outlook 365 products (Excel, Email)
  • Be proactive
  • Experience in an administrative or customer services role.
