We are seeking an Estimator / Internal Account Manager who will act as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and positive experience from initial enquiry through to final delivery or installation.
The Role – Putting Customers First
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships—guiding customers through every stage of their project with clarity, care, and confidence.
You will:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing a responsive, friendly, and solutions-focused service
- Understand client needs, expectations, and budgets, offering expert advice and tailored solutions
- Manage projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to production, delivery, or installation
- Act as the vital link between clients and our Production team, ensuring clear communication at every stage
- Proactively keep clients updated, managing expectations and ensuring deadlines are met
- Create accurate quotes and job orders for a wide range of print and display projects
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Handle challenges calmly and professionally, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the large format graphics industry (preferred)
- A genuine passion for customer service and client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a busy environment
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to think creatively and deliver solutions—even under pressure
