Senior Accountant | Entertainment & Music Industry | London

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading music & entertainment firm in their search for an ambitious Senior Accountant. Supporting the senior leadership team this role will lead across client accounts and manage a high calibre team. Offering excellent benefits and bonus structure this is a role not to be missed!!

Ideally suited to a qualified accountant with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience with a real passion for all things music and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a varied portfolio of clients while overseeing and developing a team of accountants, ensuring high quality financial reporting and consistent service delivery
• Take ownership of client relationships, leading meetings, providing commercial and financial guidance, and resolving complex technical queries
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team, overseeing workflow, performance reviews, and delivery against agreed deadlines
• Review VAT returns, oversee billing processes, and monitor financial performance across the portfolio
• Support operational and process improvements, helping to ensure the team is well-structured, supported, and able to scale effectively

The successful candidate

• Qualified accountant (qualified by experience with music industry will be considered)
• Previous experience in an accounting practice
• Experience supporting, mentoring, or managing junior team members
