Found Talent are looking for a Business Analyst with experience of analysing business processes, applications, and systems, ideally within digital or customer-facing environments.
You should have a strong technical background with experience of working with IT & technology stakeholders. You will have an understanding of Agile methodologies and exposure to working with software engineering teams, alongside experience working across web or mobile-based projects and collaborating with UX teams on customer journeys.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the focal point for product knowledge, working closely with software development and operational teams
- Working with and gathering requirements from key internal stakeholders – within IT and the wider business
- Networking within the business to define and shape requirements
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation, and documentation
- Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with UX teams to support the development of customer journeys and digital experiences
- Analysis of business processes, systems, and customer journeys
- Supporting Agile delivery, including participation in sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Reviewing operational resilience
- Investigating technical and operational performance
- Mapping out products, services, and processes (As-Is and To-Be), both internal and customer-facing
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology or digital environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and UX
- Exposure to web or mobile projects or customer-facing systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, structured requirements
