Tax Manager (Real Estate) (In-House)

Hybrid (London or Birmingham) (very flexible working options on offer)

We are supporting a large real estate group looking to add to their Tax team. This role will report directly into the Head of Tax. The role will cover corporate tax advisory and some broader family office advisory. The group out-source all of their compliance work so, there are no tax compliance requirements!

The role will cover:

• Providing tax advice on new investments and transactions
• Broader international tax advisory
• Staying up to date with changes in legislation – reporting back to the firm as needed
• Family office tax support

What we are looking for:

• Real estate experience is not needed but, would be helpful
• Strong corporate tax experience or family office – the team are happy to upskill in one of these two areas
• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) would be beneficial
• Experience could come from an in-house or practice environment
