As Finance Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, taking responsibility for core financial operations, reporting and controls. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage day‑to‑day financial operations across the business.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and credit control.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting.
- Produce VAT returns and support the preparation of management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust financial controls.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Maintain and develop financial systems, including SAGE 50.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar hands‑on finance role.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Experience managing AP/AR, invoicing and credit control processes.
- Proficient in SAGE 50 or similar accounting systems.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent) preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fully office‑based role (5 days per week).
