Become a Senior Specialist Dietitian at UHBW where you will play a crucial role in leading, developing and delivering high-quality nutritional care to patients within Front Door Services at Weston General Hospital (WGH). Our friendly, multidisciplinary teams work closely together to deliver outstanding care, with a strong focus on professional development.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide expert dietetic assessment and intervention for complex cases
- Work closely with leading consultants, specialist nurses, and the wider MDT to optimise patient outcomes
- Lead and develop specialist dietetic services, influencing patient pathways and service delivery
- Support the development of junior staff and students, sharing your expertise and passion for dietetics
- Lead service improvement projects, and policy development
What we’re looking for:
- Specialist knowledge in frailty and the older person, with a passion for advancing nutritional care in these areas
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide others
- The ability to adapt quickly to established systems and drive innovative ideas to enhance service delivery
- Experince working within a hospital setting
- HCPC registration and significant post-graduate experince as a Dietitian
