Business Analyst – Day Rate Negotiable DoE – Swindon (Hybrid) – Initial 3 Months with View to Extend
Your New Role
We are working with a global business undergoing a large-scale transformation. This role involves working on a number of projects simultaneously, mapping out processes in the ‘as is’ discovery and delivering the ‘to be’ design. You will work closely with both technical and operational staff, facilitating workshops and design sessions. You will build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, communicating progress, risks and roadmap. Identifying continuous improvement changes and implementing the processes is a fundamental part of this role.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be a seasoned BA, ideally with a contracting background and the ability to hit the ground running, ideally within a complex and transforming environment. Strong documentation and data flow experience is essential, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using techniques including SWOT and BPMN. A demonstrable background in process mapping and modelling, looking at as-is and to-be, creating specific documentation and user scenarios, is also key. Excellent stakeholder engagement is an absolute essential.
