Eight Financial Advice is opening applications for the next intake of our highly successful in-house Academy and we’re looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop into professional Financial Advisers.

Our Academy is designed to give you everything you need to succeed. Over a structured 12-month programme, you’ll gain industry-recognised qualifications, hands‑on experience, and the confidence to step into an adviser role. You won’t just learn theory, you’ll work alongside experienced advisers, trainers, and industry leaders from day one, gaining real insight into the profession.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Complete R01 & R05 before academy start (April/May)
  • A strong interest in building a career in financial advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Professional, ethical, and client‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
