Business Development Manager (Real Estate) – 12‑Month FTC
Are you an experienced BD or Marketing Executive looking to step up into a Manager‑level role? This is a standout opportunity to join a leading law firm and support one of the most highly ranked Real Estate practices in Europe.
You’ll work closely with Partners, BD leaders, and a large multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑impact marketing, pitching and client development activity across a major practice area.

- Lead on pitch creation, capability statements and credentials development
- Take ownership of marketing projects, including brochures, collateral and sector campaigns
- Shape and schedule social media and communications across LinkedIn, X, and microsites
- Manage directory submissions and award entries — a key visibility driver for the practice
- Drive client development initiatives, including analysis, reporting and relationship support
- Play a central role in firmwide events, from planning through to delivery
- Take responsibility for CRM and targeting activity, using the firm’s global systems
- Collaborate daily with a large, well‑structured BD & Marketing team and senior stakeholders

- A BD/Marketing professional ready to step into a Manager‑level remit
- Strong written, numerical and analytical skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a professional services environment
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong organisational ability
- Experience across pitching, campaigns, targeting or client development (from any relevant sector)
