A dynamic and prestigious Wealth Management company, with a national presence are seeking an aspiring Financial Adviser to step into a role with an established client base and a clear pathway to full advisory responsibility.

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in wealth management, ideally Diploma qualified (or close to completion), to join the team as a Trainee Financial Adviser. This role offers the opportunity to inherit and support an existing client bank, while continuing to develop the technical expertise and confidence required to become a fully authorised adviser.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with senior advisers, supporting the management of an established portfolio of clients while gradually building your own relationships. This is a rare opportunity to transition into an advisory role with immediate client exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of an existing client bank, building strong and lasting client relationships
  • Attend client meetings alongside advisers, with a view to taking on your own clients over time
  • Assist in delivering advice across investments, pensions and protection
  • Prepare suitability reports and recommendations
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client outcomes
  • Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Progress towards Chartered status (if not already achieved)

About You

  • Experience within wealth management, financial planning or a related environment
  • Diploma qualified (or actively working towards completion)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients
  • Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in developing into a client-facing adviser role
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in your approach
