Role Description
This is a full‑time, office‑based role in London for an Office Agency Surveyor, focusing on London office leasing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an office leasing portfolio
- Identifying and securing commercial leasing opportunities
- Supporting leasing and sales transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships (landlords, tenants, investors)
- Conducting market research and analysing trends
- Preparing marketing materials and pitch presentations
- Contributing to business development and deal origination
- Providing professional advice and brokering transactions

- Ambitious & Energetic with a strong focus on originating and closing deals
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident presenter, both in person and in written materials
Requirements
- Existing office agency / leasing experience
- Proven experience in negotiation and client relationship management
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Good understanding of commercial leases and property fundamentals
- Familiarity with the London commercial property market is advantageous
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
