Aladdin Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering to facilitate the build out of Performance datasets from BlackRock Aladdin (Client) to FactSet (FactSet Vault).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new dataflows between systems and process improvements.
• Support testing teams to build out a robust procedure to evaluate large volumes of Performance and Attribution datasets.
• Assist in the implementation and delivery of new Benchmark, IBOR and NAV Performance flows.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across Aladdin / FactSet platforms and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience working with BlackRock Aladdin and FactSet platforms.
• Solid understanding of Asset Types.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Snowflake. Power BI or similar a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach to work.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an asset management, investment banking, or financial services environment.
• Experience with additional financial data platforms or risk management tools is advantageous.
