This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director to shape strategic initiatives and play a central role in transforming the business during a period of significant change.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Please note the successful applicant will be expected to regularly attend Head Office and or regional meetings as required and should be able to commit to travel as necessary.
In this role you will:
- Support the Managing Director to shape and deliver key growth initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to major project and business change initiatives.
- Work cross functionally with Operations, Finance, HR and other key stakeholder groups to realise performance and efficiency improvements.
- Provide data insights to drive decision making and adoption of best practice, including but not limited to:
- High quality KPI dashboards and board-level performance reports.
- Key stock, sales and financial reports to influence business planning and inform forecasting.
- Staffing cost analysis across 130+ locations.
- Best practice capture and sharing across Group.
- Create impactful presentations for senior forums and external events including conferences and brand partnership meetings.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident working will colleagues at all levels of seniority, up to and including C-suite; adapting effortlessly to a wide range of leadership styles.
- Can influence without authority or direct responsibility, building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Brings exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of creating compelling, high-quality and informative executive content (reports; presentations; briefing notes etc).
- Is analytical, insightful and comfortable handling complex, sensitive data.
- Takes ownership, shows high integrity, and thrives in a role where accountability is key.
- Is proactive, resilient and motivated by improving business performance and customer experience.
- Previous project and business change experience is a plus.
