About the Role
A highly regarded, nationally recognised firm with a strong presence in the South West is looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor into its Cheltenham office. The firm is known for its high-quality client base, acting for national developers, investors and corporate occupiers across a range of sectors.
The Cheltenham office forms a key part of the firm’s wider real estate offering, giving exposure to larger, often multi-jurisdictional transactions while still maintaining a strong regional client base.
This role is particularly well suited to someone looking to transition into more complex, higher-value work without relocating into a major city firm.
Role Responsibilities
- Handling a range of real estate transactions including development work
- Advising national and regional clients
- Supporting large-scale investment and development projects
- Drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Working closely with other departments on multi-disciplinary matters
Qualifications
- Be a qualified Solicitor with Real Estate experience
- Be confident handling more complex transactions
- Demonstrate strong technical ability
- Be ambitious and keen to develop within a leading team
