Guest Experience Supervisor: Frontline Leader & Social

We’re looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor with warm, confident energy and strong presence on the floor. You’ll support the Floor Manager as number two, lead the team during service, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

You’ll be responsible for opening or closing shifts, maintaining service standards, handling guest interactions, and completing a clear end-of-night report. You must be organised, reliable, and confident guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

You should also be comfortable being on camera and supporting social media content, helping drive the brand’s energy and visibility.
