Chef Manager – Chelmsford
MCG Recruitment is working with a valued client to recruit a passionate Chef Manager for a welcoming care and nursing home in Chelmsford.
Hours: 40 per week (including weekends on a rota).
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team
- Plan creative, nutritious menus within budget
- Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen operations
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and H&S standards
- Deliver a consistently high standard of food and service
About You
- Experienced Chef Manager (or similar leadership role)
- Level 2 Catering qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for quality food and resident experience
