Requirements:Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject areaTeaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, though not essential for some vocational rolesExperience teaching or training within FE, post-16 or adult learning settingsStrong classroom management and organisational skillsAbility to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgroundsRegistration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
