Contract Support – Facilities Management

Glasgow

Up to £32,000 (DOE)

We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Support to join their team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive environment, providing key administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of FM contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Contract Manager and engineering team with day-to-day operations
  • Raising and managing jobs via CAFM systems
  • Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Handling client queries and providing updates
  • Managing documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and general financial administration
  • Ensuring service delivery is in line with SLAs and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Contract Support / Helpdesk / FM Administrator role
  • Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, CAFM Explorer, Maximo, etc.)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
