Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all F and B outlets to the highest standards
• Report to the General Manager
• Manage the kitchen and BOH
• Oversee daily auditing of F and B standards
• Drive staff training to the highest level
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met

Qualifications

• Will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a F and B Manager
• A strong understanding of operations
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can:do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
• High volume experience in hotels would be a benefit
