Position for a skilled tradesperson, from either a carpentry/joinery or a building fabric background, to work at a static site in Lincoln. Our client has a large on site team of engineers, carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance across a large estate. This is an opportunity to join a well established and settled contract, working with a good team of multi‑skilled engineers.
Main duties
- Competing ppm checks and minor repairs on fire doors.
- Installing fire doors and associated frames and fittings.
- Assisting with general building fabric maintenance duties on site.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £26,000 per annum, working on a 42.5 hour week. Call out is 1 week in 5, (£100 standby paid).
