We are seeking a proactive and guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to support the daily running of our front desk operations. You’ll lead by example, assist with team supervision, and ensure that every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
- Support and guide reception team members during shifts
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with confidence and care
- Maintain a strong presence at the front desk, leading by example in service delivery
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and daily briefings
- Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate room allocation and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Help manage shift handovers, reporting, and front desk administration
