We’re looking for Entertainment Team Managers who are experienced in multi-venue operations, live shows, and tours, and excited to lead a team of entertainers dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for every guest.

As an Entertainment Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our entertainment line‑up, overseeing organisation, logistics and daily operations to bring the magic to life! Working with the Head of Activities, you’ll motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional experiences while continuously raising the bar. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
  • Ensure top‑tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and conducting performance reviews.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies and standards.
  • Quickly resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running.
  • Support staff development through ongoing training, mentoring and creating growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previously worked within a leadership capacity in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate events and productions.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adapt to any changes.
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • High‑energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
  • Passion about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Required to work 5 or 6 days per week; hours include evenings and weekends.
  • Successful candidates must provide right to work documents confirming 18+ and legal right to work in the UK.
  • Must undergo and satisfactorily complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
