The Role
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the full kitchen operation, delivering exceptional standards across:
- High-end banqueting and bespoke experiences
You will lead, inspire and develop a large brigade, ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in: private members club, luxury hotel, or fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing GP, labour, and costs
- Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cuisine
- Experience with high-volume, premium service environments
