The Opportunity

• An established Associate / Associate Director with strong client relationships in the Welsh market.
• A Senior Mechanical Engineer ready to progress into a more senior position.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical design delivery across a range of projects.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers.
• Contributing to the growth and direction of the business.
• Playing a key role in project and team leadership.

• Strong background in mechanical building services xlqdzyr engineering.
• Experience delivering projects within a consultancy environment.
• Ability to engage with clients and represent the business professionally.
• Leadership or mentoring experience (or readiness to step into it).
