Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and site-based teams
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme, and within budget
• Driving programme, quality, and compliance on site
• Implementing and monitoring project processes and procedures
• Supporting the Project Director with reporting and delivery strategy

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a process-driven delivery manager with proven experience operating as a No.2 on projects valued over £30m.

On completion of the project, the client is able to offer continuity of regional work, predominantly within the Cardiff/ South Wales area.
