Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Salary range: £36,000 – £38,000 (DOE)Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On the Road
One to One Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer on behalf of a well‑established, family run Fire & Security provider operating across Essex and London. Our client is known for their high standards, supportive culture, and commitment to training and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on a range of fire alarm systems
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
- Providing technical support and excellent customer communication
- Completing accurate service reports and maintaining documentation
- Supporting reactive call‑outs when required
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven fire alarm servicing experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer‑service skills
- Good understanding of fire alarm system principles
- Strong record‑keeping and working IT knowledge
- ECS or CSCS card (advantageous)
Experience with the following systems:

- Morley
- Advance
Advantageous:
- Gent
- Protec
- Fireclass
- Hyfire
Salary & Benefits
- £36,000 – £38,000, depending on experience & qualifications
