Based within their Harrogate headquarters, with frequent travel across Europe and Africa, this is a unique opportunity to work internationally, supporting their global distribution network, and gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading technologies.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll become a key technical link between the business and their Distributors—helping them succeed while developing your own expertise.
You will:
- Provide front‑line technical support to their Distributor network
- Deliver on‑site product and application training
- Support field applications and problem‑solving on real industrial sites
- Identify skill gaps and create training strategies to help Distributors grow
- Deliver technical presentations and support in‑house training events
- Train new Distributors as the network continues to expand
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on engineering, technical communication, and international collaboration who is fluent in French.
What we’re looking for
- A recognised qualification in an engineering/technical related discipline
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships
- Analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent spoken and written communication ability
