The Role
This is a hands‑on Production Lead / Team Leader position combining leadership with technical production responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring output, quality, and efficiency targets are met while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Production Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a small production team to achieve daily targets
- Following and optimising strict production processes and implementing improvements
- Allocating tasks and coordinating workflow on shift
- Driving continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Ensuring quality standards and traceability requirements are maintained
- Increasing the efficiency of production output
- Supporting a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant working environment
About You
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong technical or mechanical background
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience OR ready to step up into a Team Leader role
- Passion for improving processes and developing team performance
- Hands‑on approach with excellent communication skills
- High standards, strong work ethic, and natural leadership presence
