Responsibilities

• Install and service fuel, hydraulic, cooling, and steering systems.
• Align and commission engines, gearboxes, and shaft lines.
• Perform fault-finding and overhauls on mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
• Assist with system testing and harbour trials for new projects.

Qualifications

• Essential: Time-served Marine Engineer or a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
• Experience: Proven track record in mechanical installation and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
• We welcome applicants from related heavy engineering sectors (Plant, Offshore, HGV, or Defence) with transferable skills.
