Construction Manager – Central London – CAT B Commercial Fit Out
A Construction Manager is required to oversee the CAT B fit out of a landmark commercial building in Central London. The project will be for approximately 6 months and is due to start on site imminently. The successful candidate will have a background of managing CAT B fit out packages and ideally have at least 5 years construction experience. The position is open to either degree qualified candidates or managers who have progressed through the ranks on site.
Role / Duties
- Reporting to an on site Project Manager.
- Ensure smooth construction process including managing site labour and sub-contractors.
- Manage construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays.
- Liaise with client & associated consultants & chair regular progress meetings.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
