Construction Project Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced Buildings Project Manager (SQEP) to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from award to completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Ensure SHEQ compliance across all stages
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and contract administration (e.g. NEC4)
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain project documentation and handover records
• Lead and support site teams to drive performance

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• 8–10 years’ experience delivering complex building/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of regulations, planning, and construction methods
• Proven contract and budget management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
