Construction Project Manager

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for defining project scope, managing permits and approvals, budget drafting, and cost monitoring. You’ll liaise with professionals, oversee progress, and ensure compliance with safety codes. Reporting directly to clients, you’ll guide decisions, manage teams, and maintain a structured meeting process. Safety and efficiency are our priorities.

• Experience Project Manager, Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
