Practice Nurse – Sheffield
Dream Medical is looking for a Qualified Locum Practice Nurse to work in a busy GP practice across Sheffield to start ASAP. You will be working alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent standards of patient care and support to the practice population. Hours are Monday to Friday 08.30‑17.30, flexible. Start date ASAP and the role is ongoing with monthly rotas.

- Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
- Dressings
- Chronic Disease Management
- Cervical Cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes
- NHS health checks
- Health Promotion and weight loss advice
- Smoking Cessation
As an experienced Practice Nurse you will be current in the role with all relevant updates and NMC registration in place.
