This independent Scottish Law firm require a Partner specialising in clinical negligence work to join its team in Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will be at least 6 years’ PQE and have thorough understanding of litigation and clinical negligence proceedings. Knowledge and experience of regulatory and disciplinary proceedings, Fatal Accident and Public Inquiries is desirable.
