Chronic Disease Nurse – Manchester (Locum)
Dream Medical are working with a friendly GP surgery in Manchester and require a Chronic Disease specialist Practice Nurse for a long‑term locum position. The ideal nurse will be fully experienced in COPD, CHD, Diabetes, IHD and all chronic diseases. Treatment‑room skill sets such as Cytology, Baby immunisations, Travel Health, Wound care, Leg Ulcers and Phlebotomy are desirable. We are looking for a nurse with a GP surgery background and a separate qualification in Asthma and Diabetes.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration and Pin
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
- Chronic Disease Management
