Location: East Kent – including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe

Academics in Canterbury are seeking caring and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our partner schools and nurseries across East Kent. We have exciting opportunities for dedicated practitioners who are committed to giving children the very best start to their education.

Responsibilities
- Support and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet each child’s individual needs
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform future planning
Qualifications
- Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
