OPD or Scrub Nurse – Leeds
Dream Medical is working with a number of respected private hospitals in the Leeds area and urgently requires a full‑time ODP or scrub nurse ASAP. An opportunity has arisen for an ODP or scrub nurse to join a private hospital that covers a wide variety of surgical procedures.
Responsibilities include: supporting in assessing patients’ health and well‑being across a complex and changing caseload; assisting in the delivery of care to meet patient needs; actively promoting best practice; contributing to quality improvements; collecting, collating and organising data; interpreting all information and making justifiable assessments; developing a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, security and infection control; leading others in developing knowledge and practices; planning, allocating, assessing and providing feedback to team members. Excellent attention to detail and capability in managing a wide range of activities and changing priorities are required.
