Were looking for a Service Manager with a passion for delivering high quality care to join our team at Cygnet Broadoak.
You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note this role does carry the responsibility of on-call duties as and when required in support of the Service.

Broadoak is a specialist residential service in Newnham, Gloucestershire. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Your Day-to-Day
- Provide strong & effective leadership
- Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service
- Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators
- Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both patient care & employee engagement
- Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met
- L ead on appropriate investigations as required
- Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth.
You are
A proven track record of managing Learning disabilities, Autism or challenging behaviours
Outstanding staff management and organisation skills
Familiarity with and the ability to apply CQC, the Mental Health Capacity Act and other professional regulations
Good presentation and report writing skills
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Applicants without a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care should be willing to work towards one
